He was predeceased by : his parents, LeRoy Bruner, Sr. and Emma Shirey Bruner; and his brother LeRoy Bruner, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Helen Gleaton Bruner; his children, Sarah Bruner Strickland (Jim) of Bamberg, SC, Betsy Bruner Jennings (John) of Denmark, SC and Floyd Quentin Bruner (Ronny) of Bamberg, SC; his grandchildren, James Floyd Strickland (Alexandria), Quentin Chase Bruner (Cloe), Alexus Gabrielle Jennings (Corey Beard), Ethan Wyatt Bruner (Harlee Yearry) and Agustus McGuire Bruner (Aaliyah Jolly); his sisters, Betty Bruner Baxley (Dwight) of Summerville, SC and Peggy Bruner Gleaton (John L.) of Denmark, SC; and his sister-in-law Laverne Bruner. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
