With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Kate Rising Savage (Dillon, South Carolina), who passed away on November 24, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Clinton J. Savage; her parents, Robert Caulder and Susie Caulder; her grandchildren, Cody Savage and Stacy Savage; and her cousin John Robert Williams.

She is survived by : her children, Don Savage, Dale Savage, Sheri Savage and Marti Zakkary (Mike); her grandchildren, Cassie Hyatt (Travis), Alissa Savage, Yasmeen Zakkary, Niso Zakkary, Jared Yarborough, Amber Pardue and Matthew Adam Hoover; and her great grandchildren, Jess Savage and Waylon Hyatt. She is also survived by numerous cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
