He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carl Tarte and Lillie A. Harrelson Tarte; his brothers, Melvin and Carl; and his granddaughter Kailyn Sierra.
He is survived by: his children, Tabatha and Kevin; his grandchildren, Dakota Ray Josie (Gabriel), Sierra Elisabeth, Savanna (Bobby) and Wesley (Kirsten); his great grandchildren, Giovanni, Sergio, Yuri, Braylen, Brylie, Easton, Jase and Caroline; and his siblings, Ann (Ronnie), Debbie (James), Charlie (Patricia), Valton (Sharon), Teresa and Wesley (Angie). He is also survived by 6 brothers and sisters.
