She was predeceased by : her parent JC Cowden; her husband David M. White; her mother Goldie Tharp Cowden; her brother Billy R. Cowden; her parents-in-law, F. M. White and Pearl Baldwin White; and her children-in-law, Christina W. White and Douglas A. McIntyre.
She is survived by : her children, Carol Ann White Reid (Andrew), Cecilia White McIntyre, Cynthia J. White (Tammie Sherrill) and David M. White, Jr.; her grandchildren, David Allen Glenn, Matthew T. Glenn, Danielle Page White and Anna G. McIntyre; and her great grandchild Bartholomew I. Glenn.
