He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Sonny" Bracey Williams and Hazel Marie Jackson Stephens; his wife Wanda Williams; his stepson Billy Fowler; his granddaughter Tabitha Owens; and his siblings, Christa Ann Taylor and John Henry Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Bailey (Carl) of Dillon, Teresa Smith (David) of Dillon, Shelton Williams (Karen) of Elon, NC and Sonny Lee Williams (Rayma) of Laurinburg, NC; his stepdaughter Julie Price (Michael) of Myrtle Beach; and his siblings, Edna Daniels of Dillon and Ronnie Williams of Darlington.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bible Fellowship Baptist Church.
