He was predeceased by: his parents, Bailey Ward Howard, Jr. and Shirlee Ann Glisson Howard. He is survived by: his wife Wendy L. Howard of Latta; his daughters, Kristie Howard of Myrtle Beach and Nichole Howard of Virginia; and his siblings, Ginger Howard (Frank) of Fort Myers, FL and Terry Howard of Lake City.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 1019 Sunset Drive, Latta, SC.. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Cooper Funeral Home (209 Black Branch Rd, Dillon, SC 29536).
