He was predeceased by: his parents, James Goodwin and Francis Goodwin; his father-in-law Jackie G. Bailey; and his sister-in-law Brenda Goodwin. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Goodwin of Latta, SC; his children, Macey and Nicholas Grainger of Mullins, SC; his grandchildren, Hadley and Bryson Grainger of Mullins, SC; and his siblings, Richard Goodwin (Sheila) of Laurens, SC, Andy Goodwin (Brenda) of Anderson, SC, Beth Chavis (Bruce) of Chavistown, SC and Amy Poole (Barry) of Cheraw, SC..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mullins-Marion Freewill Baptist Church (1604 Gapway St, Mullins, SC 29574). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mullins Marion FWB church youth.
