He is survived by: his stepmother Betty Lou Mobley (Dot Ward Mobley); his wife Kim Scott Mobley of Dillon; his sister-in-law Annette Rownd (Larry) of Dillon; his nieces, Carla Meekins (Bobby) of Dillon and Jessica Rownd of Dillon; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kara Meekins, MaKenna Meekins, Eli Meekins and Jordan Carter.
