He is survived by: his wife Faye Cook of Dillon; his son Jamie Butler (Jo Anna) of Latta; his grandchildren, Madison, Jaymie and Savannah; and his siblings, Jeanette Cook (Carl) of Oak Grove, Hilda Watts of Dillon, Elaine Diamond of Dillon, Charles Cook (Summer) of Dillon and Victor Harold Cook (Paula) of Dillon. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
