He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Dewey Martin and Earlene Berry Martin of Dillon; his wife Leanna Martin (Marinelli) of Dillon; his daughters, Kristina Martin and Michele Martin Lane; his grandchildren, Steven Lane of Dillon, Jasmin Lane of Conway, Caitlin and Davis Woodfin of Spartanburg; his sibling's children, Lester Martin, Timothy Arnette, Joey Taylor, Tammy Hunt Freeman, Patience Buck and Wendy Bozard; and his great-aunt Elizabeth Parazoo.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Dillon Church of God (536 Radford Blvd, Dillon, SC 29536).
