She was predeceased by: her parents, Ansel Carmichael and Mattie M. Hayes McCray; her stepfather Jack McCray of Fork; and her brother Marshall McCray. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Stephens of Dillon; her sons, Ray Stephens (Susan) of Dillon and Jeffrey Stephens (Krista) of Florence; her half-sisters, Jackie and Cathy Martin (Don) of Honolulu, Hawaii; and her grandchildren, Ryan Stephens, Curry Stephens, Katie Stephens and Allison Stephens.
