Frances Ann leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Frances Ann’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Frances Ann will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Amos Allen and Mary Frances Wilkes Allen; and her brother Kenneth Amos Allen. She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Frances Hernandez; her brother Mike Allen (Kathy); and her nephew Brandon Allen (Amber). She is also survived by four great- nephews; extended relatives and many special friends.
