He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Cook, Sr. and Mary George Cook; his granddaughter Angel Nicole Byrd; and his sisters, Barbara Ann Cook and Rachel Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Whittemore Cook of Dillon; his children, Kimberly Jean Cook of Dillon and Jeffrey Cook of Dillon; and his brother Jesse Davis Cook of Dillon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (209 Black Branch Rd, Dillon, SC 29536). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
