He was predeceased by: his parents, L. D. Kinsey and Mamie McDowell Kinsey. He is survived by: his wife Abbi Gail Kinsey of North Carolina; his children, Douglas W. Kinsey (Brenda) of Dillon, Alan Ray Kinsey of Latta, William Kinsey of Latta and Virginia Webb (Gary) of Dunn, NC; and his grandchildren, Kacie Lewis (Benji), Wayde Lewis, William Lewis, Chad Webb and Ashley Webb.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (209 Black Branch Rd, Dillon, SC 29536).
