He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Floyd Manning and James Willis Manning of Latta, SC.. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Moody Manning; his children, James Hampton Manning (Mackenzie) of Gilbert, SC and Hamer Manning Titus (Kyle) of Augusta, GA; his sister Marie Manning Wilson (Ray) of Greenwood, SC.; his family, Graham, Camden Titus, Hollis and Wells Manning; and his sisters-in-law, Katrina Newell (Keith), Carmella Moody (Dennis) and Kristin Hyatt (DeLynn).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kannaday Funeral Home (205 N Richardson St, Latta, SC 29565). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Latta Methodist Church (306 N Marion St, Latta, SC 29565).
