He is survived by : his wife Nancy Polson of Dillon; his children, Sandra Church of Dillon and Robbie Polson of Dillon; his grandsons, Cody Church of Dillon, Kyle Church of Dillon, Shayne Polson of Dillon, Gage Berry of Dillon and Colby Polson of Dillon; his great grandchildren, Dexter Church and Phoebe Church of Dillon; and his sister Linda Harrelson (Earl) of Florence.
