It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Dale Lambert (Dillon, South Carolina), born in Marion, South Carolina, who passed away on April 7, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Coke Lambert and Mary Porter Lambert; and his uncle Bill Porter. He is survived by: his wife Brenda B. Lambert of Hartsville; his daughters, Sherri "Sissy" Lambert of Hartsville and Heather Lambert Scurry (Brad) of Hartsville; his grandchildren, Justin Lambert, Christopher Johnson, Daniel Johnson, Jessi Johnson, Dustin Scurry, Luke Johnson and Kaitlin Lambert Scurry; his great grandchildren, Macie and Sage Scurry; his sisters, Sharon Monahan and Eunice Hewitt (Wayne); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Perritt, Sandra Evans and Ruthie Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Aeriel Baptist Church, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or to the Vietnam Veterans of America.
