He was predeceased by: his parents, William Byrd and Fotchie Harrell Byrd; and his children, Betty Joyce Byrd and Robbie Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Neta Byrd of Latta; his children, Kathy Jackson (Tony) of Latta and William Thomas "Tommy" Byrd (Mandi) of Latta; and his stepchildren, Sharon McCoy of Dillon, Michael Wiggins of Dillon, Billie Anne Brainard (Ron) of Byron, GA and Sonya Bledsole (David) of Hope Mills, NC.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
