With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodney Henry Collingsworth of Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on November 20, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" Collingsworth and Ollie Velma Horner Collingsworth; and his sisters, Lenona Blackburn of Lexington, SC, Jackie Miller (Morgan) of Pensacola, FL and Pamela Brophy of Crossville, TN.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce B. Collingsworth of Dillon; his stepchildren, Cecilia Hunt (Stoney) of Sellers and Cecil Edward Lawhon, Jr. of Olanta; his stepgrandchildren, Victoria Simmons (Adam), Andrew Stoney Hunt (Shannon) and Adam Joseph Hunt; and his pet Matt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
