He is survived by : his wife Dottie Harper of Dillon; his children, Ronnie Harper (Melinda) of Garner, NC, Tina McDowell (Donald) of Dillon and Kimberly Harper of Dillon; and his sisters, Nita Parrish and Nancy English. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
