She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde J. Phillips and Marjorie S. Webster Phillips; her husband Johnny M. Cox; and her daughter Cathy Clark Cox. She is survived by : her children, Johnny Mac Cox (Jamie) and Teresa Thomas Cox; her grandchildren, Austin Clark (Madison), Jordan Filyaw (Zack), Mackinlee Cox, Jordan Hyatt and Brianna Hyatt; her great grandchildren, Alli Katherine Clark and Kamoni Williams; her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Phillips, Crystal Campbell, Neil Campbell and Joe Phillips; and her siblings, Joey Phillips and Cindy Morris Phillips.
