We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2025, at the age of 32, Tanner Ross McCormick of Dillon, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Tanner may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Tanner touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his parents, Glenda Faye McCormick of Dillon and James Frederick Lane (Lori) of Dillon; his daughter Emma Faith Skipper of Dillon; his brothers, Russell and Shaun Dillard of Dillon; his grandmother Susan McCormick of Dillon; his aunt Michelle; his uncle Wayne Dillard of Dillon; his cousins, Crystal Cannon, Alexis Covington and Elsie Hunt of Dillon; and his close friends, Faye Lane of Virginia and Linda Morgan of Dillon.
