Boltin and Alex Oxendine (Samantha); his grandchildren, Marion Chavis (Patrick), Alex Jr. (Mercedes) and Jennifer Oxendine (Deanna); his great grandchildren, Isabella Grace Bowen, Adryanna Nicole Bowen, Patrick Ryan Bowen Jr. and Zander Oxendine; his siblings, Molly Gunnells of Lakeland and Tommy Boltin (Tabitha) of Fairmont, NC.; his son Dennis Boltin (Tracy) of Mulberry; and his sisters, Rebecca Boltin, Kathy Kesson and Patricia Tyndall.
