He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Owens of Little Rock; his children, Wayne Owens, Jr. (Tammy) of Dillon, SC, Jessica Sanchez of Dillon, SC, Marilyn Owens of Dillon, SC, Christopher Owens (Nicole) of Spartanburg, SC and Randall Sheppard (Daniella) of Columbus, GA; his grandchildren, Ashley Sanderson, Shayla Sanderson, Tyler Owens, Courtney Owens, Ian Sanchez, Rosalyn Sanchez, Briana Huggins, Chloe Owens, Amanda Owens, Avery Owens and Nadine Sheppard; his great grandchild Kenneth Jones; his siblings, William Owens, Sr., Carl Owens, Sr. and Annie Ward; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Sheppard, Sandra Owens, Susan Garrett, Violet Schafer and Edwin Sheppard.
