He is survived by: his mother Geneva Gaddy Cook of Dillon; his daughters, Jaclyn Hafner of Hartsville, Tiffany Winburn (Josh) of McBee and Taylar Foley (Cam Malphus) of Hartsville; his grandchildren, Jacy Winburn, Kharli Winburn, Tucker Winburn, Lily Lovelace, Bella Fittro and Trace Malphus; his girlfriend Stephanie Beller of Dillon; his sister Dorothy Foley Smith (late J. M. Smith) of Dillon; his nieces, Heidi Smith Hardee (Jonathan) and Amanda Gail Lane (Derrick); and his pets, Alba and Joby. He is also survived by his daughters, grandchildren, mother, and sister.
