He was predeceased by: his father Willis Marshall Rowell. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Brush Rowell of Dillon; and his siblings, Beverly Price Bennett of Dillon, Mary Kay Rowell of Dillon and David I. "Doozy" Rowell.
