He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Watley, Sr. and Rosetta Wilson Watley; his brother James Edward Watley (Jamie) of Ware Shoals, SC.; his wife Christine Watley; and his siblings, Perry Watley and Carrie Jones.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy L. Watley of Columbia and Leslie T. Watley of Owings Mills, Maryland..
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Dunn Creek Baptist Church (621 Old Shoals Junction Rd, Donalds, SC 29638).
