He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Lowe and Georgette Washburn Kessleberg. He is survived by: his wife Andis Smith Lowe of Main St; his children, Rev. Mark Lowe (Christie) of Ware Shoals, Tracey Burel (Travis) of Donalds and Julia Franklin (Steve) of Jacksonville, NC; his sisters, Beverly Lowe of Jacksonville, NC and Darlene Belshe of Henley, MO; his grandchildren, Nathan Lowe (Kynsey), Noelle Lowe (Dustin), Samuel Burel, Stephanie Fredrick (Mike), William Franklin and Stephen Franklin; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Ethan, Aidan, David and Adam.
