She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Reeves (Hughey), Della Folsom (Ken) and Karl D. Ackerman (Kellje); her grandchildren, Shelley Reeves Wilds (Kevin), Kaitlin Reeves (Taylor), Ali Reeves Flowers (LeGette), Kelsie Varn (Brooks), Alexa Ackerman, Ian Folson (Grace), Karl David Ackerman, Jr. (Kristy), Randy C. Ackerman (Randi) and Tabitha Ackerman; her great grandchildren, Huxley Wilds, Harlynn Wilds, Roger L. Flowers, IV, Charlotte Varn, Erykah Washington, Lukas Orien Ackerman, Jakob Wilder Ackerman, Makenzie Ackerman and Presley Youmans; and her niece Lisa Carrington.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Methodist Church (1194 Zion Rd, Dorchester, SC 29437). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
