He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginold Forrest and Ann Forrest; and his brother Brad Forrest. He is survived by: his son Zach Forrest (Kelsey); his grandson Indi Forrest; his sisters, Beverly Cook (Leon) and Tamara Nimmons; his friend Robin Forrest; and his nephew Jamie Forrest.
