Ford (Duncan, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Maxine Peace Ford; his parents, L. B. Ford and Zessie Watson Ford; his son David Ford; his granddaughter Mendi C. Geist; and his siblings, James Ford of Harold Ford, R. T, Robert Ford, Mildred Johnson and Edna Armstrong.

He is survived by : his daughter Jane Chappell (Ron) of Greer; his brother Billy Dean Ford of Simpsonville; his grandsons, Benjamin Ford Chappell (Elizabeth) of Simpsonville and Joshua A. Ford of Spartanburg; his great grandchildren, Finley Helen Geist of Nashville, Adam John Giest of Nashville, Hyatt Ford Chappell of Simpsonville and Mary Ellison Chappell of Simpsonville; and also Adam Geist of Nashville, Tennessee..
