With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christopher Alan Escalante (Duncan, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2025 at the age of 30. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his nephew CJ Escalante; his grandmothers, Lillian Escalante and Robbie Heinaman; and his uncle Demo Escalante. He is survived by: his parents, Lori Ann Dertadian Escalante and Jose Ignacio Escalante, Sr. (Debbie); his brothers, Jose Escalante, Jr. (Holley) and Francisco Escalante, Sr. (Carolyn); his stepsiblings, Todd Thompson, Chris Champion (Becky) and Casey Bronson (Duke); his nieces and nephews, Luke, Aleigh, Grayson, Grace, Asalee, Faith, Liam, Hailey, Lenyx, Tyson, Toy and Micah; his great-niece Marleigh; and his great-nephew Maverick. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
