He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Thern "JT" Collins Sr. and Eva Blanch Ennis Collins; and his brothers, Johnny Johnson and Milo Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Richards (Brand); his sister Earleen "Sissy" Campbell (Ric); and his grandchildren, Gracelynn Richards and Amara Richards.
