He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Bland Bright; his children, Ralph V. Bright, III (Renee Bright), Cheryl Bright Fouch (Chad Fouch) and Annette Bright Wilson (late Lee Wilson); his siblings, Debbie Terry (late Thomas Terry) and Steven Bright (Elizabeth Bright); and his sister-in-law Brenda Bright. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
