He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Johnson and Gladys Kimbrell Johnson; his wife Kathleen Hawkins Johnson; his sister Kathy Johnson Long; and his great grandchild Michael Blaze Fowler.
He is survived by: his children, Kristen Fowler and Rickey Howard Johnson, Jr. (Jessica); his grandchildren, James Lee Suttles (Stephanie) and Destiny Chyenne Antisdel (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Jamie Williams and Lillian Williams.
