He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Kinard and Edna Boiter Kinard. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Fuller Kinard; his children, Jay Fuller and Terri Hardin (Greg); his grandchildren, Madison Fuller, Taylor Blackstone (Carson), Lukas Pence (Kelsie) and Riley Pence (Karsyn); and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Maddie, Reagan, Blakely, Jameson, Memphis and Jagger.
