She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray Snow and Sarah Hawkins Snow; her husband Kenneth Edge DeYoung; her daughter Cathy DeYoung Krass; her granddaughter Heather Nicole Garrett; her great grandchild Kenneth Burns; her brothers-in-law, Bobby DeYoung and Jerry DeYoung; her sister Ruby Vaughn (Frank); and her sisters-in-law, Geneva Burgess, Brenda Sweet and Emily Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linette DeYoung Garrett and Vonda DeYoung Hendrix; her grandchildren, Matthew Dean Garrett (Courtney), Samantha Rae Garrett (Dustin), Angela Lynn Burns (Lance), Kelsey Hanna Hendrix and Paige Marie Krass; her great grandchildren, Karson Hendrix, Farrah Krass, Raegen Garrett, Michael Krass, Abbigayle Garrett, Alayna Krass, Mattox Garrett, Alyssa Burns of Albert and Thomas Burns; her brothers, Murray Snow (Susan) and Gene Snow (Ann); and her siblings-in-law, Wick DeYoung (Patti), Martha Brackett (Glenn), Peggy Turner (Wade) and Kay Ford.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Sharon Methodist Church (1421 Reidville Sharon Rd, Greer, SC 29651). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
