With sadness, we share the passing of Yvonne Fowler (Duncan, South Carolina). Yvonne, born on January 2, 1953, passed away on June 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Edward Williams Sr. and Ruby Faye Mize Williams; her sons, Dean "Jabo" Godfrey and Jeffery Godfrey; her grandson Waylon Kitchens; her siblings, Paul "Bo" Williams Jr., Ronnie Williams and Tonya Williams; and her grand-yorkie Sadie.
She is survived by: her children, Kim and Tim Godfrey of Duncan; her grandchildren, Aiden and Chase; her children, Austin, Chase (Katie), Hayden, Alaia, Jett, Willow, David, Shanyia, Lakyn, Brooke, Jake and Ethan; her friend Ralph Godfrey of Duncan; her great grandchildren, Jaxtyn, Mason, Presley, Silas and Kieran; and her siblings, Wayne Williams of Reidville, Darryle Williams of Oklahoma, Donna Williams of Spartanburg, Linda Cronia of Moore and Connie Le of Georgia. She is also survived by her children's father, ex-husband.
Beyond her career, she was deeply passionate about children, remaining actively involved in the foster care community with The Bair Foundation in Greenville, SC, until her health began to decline.
