She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Carter and Margaret Carter of Kingsport Tn; her husband Ernest E Bishop; her son Terry Bishop; her grandsons, Peyton and Daniel Bishop; and her siblings, Phyllis Lane and Ronnie Carter.
She is survived by: her sons, Leonard (Kim) of Easley, SC. and Tim Bishop (Tami) of Easley, SC.; her grandsons, Paul Bishop and Cody Bishop; and her sister Joy Baker of Kingsport.
