He was predeceased by: his father Tommy McFall Baker. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Couch Baker; his wife Kristi; his son Tyler; his brothers, Jason Baker (Willie Topper) and Jeffrey Baker (Henri Adair); his nieces, CJ Baker, Hattie Baker and AnnaBeth Baker; his parents-in-law, Gail Bryant Ponder and Tom Ponder (Louise); his grandfather-in-law Nathalee Bryant "Ninny"; and his brother-in-law Josh Ponder (Kelley).
