She is survived by: her mother Joan Whitlock Stephens; her spouse Dean Phillips; her daughters, Hannah Ruth and Amelia Rose Phillips; her grandchild Carter Alexander; and her sisters, Debbie Lewis and Dawn Nalley (Kevin).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Westwood Baptist Church (3821 Saluda Dam Rd, Easley, SC 29640).
