He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Wayne; and his sister Debra Kneece. He is survived by: his spouse Cheyenne Hyde Gambrell; his children, Mindy Lee and Brody Gambrell; and his siblings, Donna Stargel and Timothy Lollis (Brittany). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
