He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Baker and Leecie Holcombe Baker; and his brothers, Charles Baker, Jimmie Baker and Merrell Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Jean E. Baker; his children, Dawn Smith (Chris) of Greenville and Kevin Baker (Pam) of Easley; his grandchildren, Austin, Cameron and Rylee; and his great grandchild LeiLani.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Rock Springs Baptist Church (201 Rock Springs Rd, Easley, SC 29642). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at the Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery (201 Rock Springs Rd, Easley, SC 29642).
