He is survived by: his wife Tina Miller Sullivan; his daughters, Lindsay Anthony (Wesley) and Jessica Gibson (Cody); his grandchildren, Landen, Luke, Landree, Oaklee and Wylee; his sister Julie Sullivan Mullinax (Tom); his parents-in-law, Bill and Marian Miller; his brother-in-law Todd Miller; and his nephews, Austin, Devan, Cody and Cory.
