She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Olmos; her parents, Leo Carroll and Ida Mae Bayne Fowler; her children, Paul Edward Fowler and Holly Darlene Fowler; and her siblings, Joel Fowler, Jerry Fowler (Rebecca), Gene Fowler and Nancy Darlene.

She is survived by: her children, Brad Ray Fowler, Jerry Mitchell Olmos, Tammy C. Vaughn (Steve) and Melissa Kern (Danny); her grandchildren, Bradley Fowler (Katie), Hollyanna Christian Vaughn (Ryan), Brittany Williams (Kelsey), Jessica Baxley (Kobe), Brooke Cowdrey (Wyatt), Julianna Kern (Jalen), Ashlynn Vaughn, Madalynn Vaughn and Lailah Olmos; her brother James Fowler (Bronda); and her great grandchildren, Anslei Fowler, Tinseli Fowler, Elizabeth Baxley, Jackson Cowdrey, Carter Cowdrey, Cohen Cowdrey, Riley Kate Fowler, Sophie Cowdrey and Hudson Fowler.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
