It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Anthoney Howard of Easley, South Carolina, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Lewis and Carrie Louise Conley Howard; and his siblings, Linda McWhorter and Olin Michael "Mike" Howard. He is survived by : his siblings, Lewis "Pete" Howard (Charlene) of Easley, Marlene Mann of Cayce, Oleen Tinsley (Charles) of Valdese, NC, Deborah Doll-Gibbs of Simpsonville and Catherine Johnson of Easley; and his close friend Martha Dillon of Easley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
