It is with sadness that the passing of John Avery Rollins (Easley, South Carolina) is shared. John, born on August 4, 1937, passed away on October 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
John will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Rollins and Bessie Lail Rollins; his former wife Phoebe B. Rollins; his son James David Rollins; and his sister Jane R. Hill.
He is survived by: his son John Michael Rollins; his sister Eloise R. Crawford of Mills River, NC.; and his friend Glenn Julian.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Easley Presbyterian Church (200 S 1st St, Easley, SC 29640).
He also worked as Administrator of the Alice Manufacturing Company Foundation.
