She is survived by: her daughter Denise Merritt (Tony) of Piedmont; her grandchildren, Jessica Merritt, T. J. Merritt (Katie) and Kathyrn Evett (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Brantley, Audrey, Kinsleigh, Samuel and Spencer; and her sister Cynthia Bathurst.
