He was predeceased by : his wife Leslie Scarborough Henderson; and his parents, Marion F. Henderson and Sylvia C. Henderson. He is survived by : his daughter Elizabeth Simons; his son-in-law Jim Simons; his grandchild Berkley Ann; his siblings, Steve Henderson, Mitch Henderson and Kim Henderson; and his sister-in-law Terri Scarborough.
