It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sheryl Lynn Nelms of Easley, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, William Edward Hiott, Sr. and Linda Fay Kyzer Hiott; her brother Eddie Hiott (Pam) of Honea Path; her aunt Mary Lou Helix of Concord, CA; and her uncle Tony Kyzer of Myrtle Beach. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Piedmont, 8 1st Baptist Church Road, Piedmont SC 29673.
